Looking For Replacement Spa Filter
Although the official summer ended last Wednesday, September 22, 2010, the weather pattern seemed to think otherwise. After a few days of sub-fall temperatures of low 60s with 40s at night, we are back the the 80s today. I bet a lot of sun worshipping people are trying to squeeze whatever warm weather they could get and headed outdoors to the parks and beaches.
While walking the dog today, I saw our neighbor yesterday with his wife, doing something to their above ground pool and I went over for a chit chat. He told me he was replacing the pool filter cartridge as they are already closing the pool for the season. She said that replacing pool and hot tub filters ensure that the pool will be ready as soon as the warm weather kicks in again by the time summer comes next year. I know that is way too much thinking ahead but she said, they prefer it that way, so they don’t have to worry shopping and looking for replacement spa filter. I guess that’s a good idea just as well. I never thought of that. We don’t have a pool in our home and I was not aware of how these little pool maintenance items can really mean a lot for your enjoyment. Better come prepared right?
