What Are Guggulsterones?

What are guggulsterones? Some of you probably wondering what it is and how it works? While reading online, I found out that Guggulsterones has been around for hundreds of years in ayruvedic medicine, a naturalistic approach to medicine that has been practiced in India for centuries. Study showed that guggulipid (also known as guggulsterones) had a very strong effect in decreasing fats as well as bad cholesterol levels while increasing good cholesterol levels in human subjects. It may cause an increase in thyroid hormone levels too.

I still remember when my Aunt had a hard time losing weight due to thyroid not working properly. She was following a diet and training program over a fairly long period of time complain that she just cannot lose that last bit of fat no matter what she do. Good thing she decided to ask professional help right then. She finally see the difference after two months.
