Treatment For Arthritis

My beloved mother is in her late sixties. She experienced joint pains every now and then. I talked to her few days ago and she has been looking for an affordable, yet effective treatment for arthritis. I asked my dear husband about the treatment for arthritis and he told me that exercise play an important part of arthritis treatment. I found out that arthritis patients must participate in regular exercise to improve joint function. My mother can totally do it since she's still active.
