Still Not Feeling Well

Dear son has been sick for days now. He had a diarrhea and his temperature went up to 102F. He's been very cranky and cried every now and then. I gave him some Tylenol and so glad that his temperature is back to normal now. Gosh, I was so busy these past few days. As a result, I even forgot to check out best diet pills that my friend has been talking about. It's not that I want to use it or anything.
