Weight Gain And How To Lose It

Dear hubby gained weight recently. Actually, he weighed more than his desired weight so now he goes to the gym more than he used to. He prefer to go to the gym than taking any weight loss pills. I guess eating midnight snack probably one of the main reason why he gained so much weight recently. He is hoping to lose at least 20 lbs or more.
